The Person I am thrilled to work in the intercept point between the desires and needs from the market, the capabilities of the organization and the mastered technology. Success here requires commercial understanding and technological knowledge, together with a little bit of luck. If this balance is mastered, you will satisfy the customers, the company, the share holders and the organization will gain resilience and understand how to navigate from market needs. Management of learned enthusiastic people is a call for openness and delegation. In such a group, a very strong corporate spirit can be modeled, using clear goals and a crisp identity. This will give a winning atmosphere, where people work long hours, fighting large problems, and still find it enjoyable. Monumental obstacles can be conquered in such an atmosphere. Learned young staff can not be managed in the old command-and-control way. It is much better if they understand the situation, and by this, autonomeous do what you want them to do. This also mobilizes the entire intellectual capabilities of the company. Information and a coaching leadership style is the way forward. I communicate easily quite complex generic and technological issues to customers face to face, or to large audiences. I find this communication very important, as it facilitates prospecting of common grounds. I easily communicate with people. First phase with careful listening, followed by active management, if this is required. I am searching for solutions, and am not afraid of employing untraditional methods. I am not being swept off by large problems. If there is a way out, I will probably find it, fighting to the finish.
